Russell E. Anderson
D.V.M.
Dr. Russ Anderson grew up in Indiana and graduated from Purdue University in 1978. He has practiced Veterinary Medicine in Fairview, Tn. for the last 30 years.
Dr. Anderson has been an active member of the Association of Avian Veterinarians since 1995 as well as being a member of American Veterinary Medical Assocation, Tennessee Veterinary Medical Association and the American Animal Hospital Association.
Dr. Anderson works closely with Harmony Wildlife Rehabilitation Center and provides care to the sick and injured wildlife in their care.
Dr. Anderson has been married 26 years to Patty, a teacher’s assistant at Fairview Middle School and has one daughter, Stephanie, who attends Tennessee Tech University. He and his wife share their home with three cats named Larry, Daryl and Daryl.
Dr. Anderson enjoys cooking, especially barbeque, woodworking, photography, and is an active member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church.
Dr. W. O. Greene III, D.V. M.
Dr. Greene was born in 1945 in Nashville, Tennessee. He attended Davidson County Schools and Battle Ground Academy in Franklin, Tennessee. After graduating from Battle Ground in 1964, he attended the University of Tennessee for two years before entering the School of Veterinary Medicine at Auburn University.
Upon graduating from Auburn in 1970, he moved back to Nashville where he practiced with his father, Dr. W.O. Greene Jr., D.V.M. for eight years. After the death of his father, he owned his own practice until going into partnership with Dr. Anderson. Dr. Greene is now partially retired and works as an associate with Dr. Anderson.
Dr. Greene has been married to the former Catherine Rogers for forty –two years.
They have two grown children, Will and Jim. He enjoys restoring old cars and is an avid scuba diver.
