Under the leadership of Dr. Danielle Grigsby, our medical team has been carefully hand selected for their clinical expertise, technical skill, and genuine compassion for animals. Each doctor and staff member brings specialized training in areas such as internal medicine, surgery, urgent care, and preventive wellness, allowing us to deliver the highest standard of care at every visit.


Dr. Grigsby is deeply committed to maintaining a collaborative and progressive environment where continuing education and advanced technology go hand in hand. Dr. Danielle Grigsby (Owner)

Dr. Danielle Grigsby, a native of Winchester, Tennessee, earned her veterinary degree from St. George’s University in 2013 with clinical training at the University of Tennessee. After completing an internship in internal medicine, emergency, and surgery at BluePearl Veterinary Partners, she practiced at Southside Animal Hospital before fulfilling her dream of owning Fairview Animal Clinic in 2022 with her husband, Bryan.


Her interests include internal and emergency medicine, preventative and palliative care, and breed-specific health research, especially in golden retrievers and spaniels. A strong advocate for rescue animals and Fear Free care, Dr. Grigsby is committed to creating a calm, compassionate experience for every patient. She lives in Nashville with her family and a lively household of pets.

Dr. Meg Roth

Dr. Meg Roth moved to Nashville after graduating from Colorado State University School of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences in 2015. She is originally from Lexington, KY by way of Richmond, VA and attended college at the University of Virginia. Her special interests include internal medicine, surgery, veterinary acupuncture and pain management.


Dr. Roth spends her spare time chasing around her four 2-legged kids , three 2 legged step-kids (yes that is seven kids!!), and her six 4-legged fur kids (five Cavalier King Charles Spaniels and a former cleft-palate kitty named Mouth). She can frequently be found outdoors where she enjoys hiking, fly fishing, and otherwise spending time in the sunshine.

Dr. Lauren Freeman

Dr. Lauren Freeman graduated from the Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2019 and has spent the last 4 years practicing small animal medicine in the Nashville area. She is from Birmingham, Alabama originally and went to the University of Alabama for her Bachelor of Science degree – roll tide! Dr. Freeman’s medical interests include internal medicine, feline medicine, and soft tissue surgery.


Dr. Freeman lives in Bellevue with her husband and their three kitties, Mr. Darcy, Bennet, and Mr. Bingley. They also have 2 rescue dogs: Churro, a Dutch shepherd, and Emmy Lou, a Dalmatian. Outside of work, Dr. Freeman is very active at her church and teaches Kindergarten Sunday school. She also enjoys running, gardening, going to concerts, and finding new restaurants and coffee shops in Nashville to try.

Dr. ERIC FOLD

Dr. Eric Fold was raised in Fernvale, TN where he still lives on his family’s cattle ranch. He and his wife Callie have four children: Levi, Clara, Brooks, and Evelyn. Dr. Fold went to Battleground Academy for high school before serving in the US Army for four years.


After his time in the military, he attended MTSU for his undergrad, followed by UT College of Veterinary Medicine. He and his family love to do anything outdoors and are very active in the Fairview Scouts program. Pets include a chocolate lab named Bella, two cats named Jetson and Fishy, honeybees, and a bunch of cows!
